- The Resource Drain: While you are told to look at the “Lights” on the hill, the Council is busy “Eating out your substance.” Through inflation and the “Signature” on the currency, they are dimming your own light to keep theirs burning.
III. The Reagan Paradox
Reagan spoke of a “Shining City” while simultaneously accelerating the “Fascist Merger.” He promised a “Small Government” but left a “Large Grid.”

Anything else is a “Signal Glitch.” 2. Clear the Path: Remove the “Gatekeepers.” If a man has the Merit to do a job, he doesn’t need a “Subscription” from the Council to do it. 3. Localize the Light: Stop waiting for the “National City” to shine. Build a “High-Frequency” community in your own neighborhood.

The “Shining City” is a valid goal, but it has been hijacked by a “Council of Shadows” who use it as a “Projector” to keep you distracted. They want you to admire the city from the outside while they lock the gates from the inside.
